About me
Hi I’m Tamara Charles, I believe in working collaboratively and building a sense of trust and safety between us. I enter each therapeutic relationship with interest and care. I aim to offer help in addressing the difficult areas of your life with respect and in a non-judgemental space.
I am in my fourth year of training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) studying towards a Masters in Psychotherapy. I also hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from BCPC.

Affordable counselling in Frome
Sessions will be held weekly at the same time each week at the WHY Offices, North Parade, Frome, the duration of sessions will be 50 minutes.
I am happy to work together on a short, medium or long-term basis depending on whichever suits your circumstances best. We can agree this up front or choose to have review points and discuss on an ongoing basis.
Fees are £30 per session.
